Refund policy

MAWK LUXORA offers a 7-day Exchange Policy on eligible jewelry, watches, and handbags.

Exchange Process

  1. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Customers must first send clear pictures or videos of the product via WhatsApp so we can verify its condition.

  3. Once the exchange is approved, the customer must send the product back through any courier company to our address below.

  4. All return courier charges must be paid by the customer.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be approved and the replacement product will be dispatched.

Important Terms

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered, with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Sale, promotional, clearance, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • For verified defective or incorrectly dispatched products, courier charges will be covered by MAWK LUXORA.

  • All exchanges are subject to product inspection and final approval.

  • Please do not send any product without prior approval.
