WARRANTY & EXCHANGE POLICY

Premium Stainless Steel Jewelry

1. WARRANTY

Warranty is valid for 15 days from the invoice date and covers only verified manufacturing defects approved after inspection by MAWK Luxora.

Warranty does not guarantee a replacement or refund. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, adjustment, or servicing, at the company's discretion.

2. NOT COVERED

Warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches, dents, breakage or physical damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Perfume, chemicals, sanitizer, cosmetics or lotion exposure

  • Excessive water or moisture exposure

  • Tarnishing, discoloration or finish deterioration caused by improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repair or modification

3. EXCHANGE

  • Exchange request must be made within 15 days of purchase.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • Product must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and accessories must be returned where applicable.

  • Photos/videos must be provided for approval before dispatch.

  • Exchange is subject to inspection and stock availability.

  • Applicable shipping charges may apply.

4. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS

A valid claim requires:

Original Invoice + Original Product + Claim Details

Claims without valid proof of purchase may not be accepted.

5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All warranty and exchange requests are subject to inspection.

MAWK Luxora reserves the right to approve or decline claims based on product condition and the terms of this policy, subject to applicable law.

6. JEWELRY CARE

Keep away from perfume, chemicals, sanitizer, cosmetics and excessive moisture.

Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing and exercising. Store in a clean, dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth.

AUTHENTICITY

This policy applies only to genuine MAWK Luxora products purchased through official or authorized sales channels.
