TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Warranty Duration
Warranty claim is valid only within 15 Days from the invoice generation date.
Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.
2. Warranty Coverage
Warranty is applicable only for verified manufacturing faults inspected and approved by M-A-W-K Group.

3. Warranty Limitation
Warranty does not include product replacement.
Approved warranty claims will only be repaired/service adjusted by the company.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection approval.
4. Damage & Scratch Disclaimer
The following conditions are strictly NOT covered under warranty:
Lens scratches
Surface scratches
Frame breakage
Physical damage
Bent frames
Water damage
Heat damage
Mishandling damage
Color fading
Polish fading
Chemical/perfume damage
Normal wear & tear
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange request is valid only once per order.
Exchange request must be submitted within 15 days of purchase.
Product must be unused and in original condition.
Customer must first send product pictures/videos for approval before dispatching the parcel.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Delivery charges for exchange may apply.
6. Mandatory Claim Requirements
Customer must provide:
Original invoice copy
Original product
Official claim form
Claims without invoice proof will not be entertained.
7. One-Time Claim Policy
One customer can avail only one warranty or exchange claim per order/product.
8. Inspection & Approval Rights
M-A-W-K Group reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any claim after inspection
Refuse claims involving misuse or physical damage
Decide repair method according to product condition
Company decision shall be considered final.
